🚫 No Refunds on Digital Products
Since all the products sold on MariyaNology are digital downloads, we unfortunately do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Digital products cannot be returned, and once a download link is provided or the file is accessed, it is considered “used” — which means we can no longer process a refund.
✅ When Can a Refund Be Considered?
Refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:
- The product file is corrupted or not working, and we are unable to fix or replace it within 3 working days.
- You made a duplicate purchase of the same item by mistake (in this case, one of the orders may be refunded).
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your system or theme (please read product description before purchase)
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
